This surgical face mask production line is applied for the automatic forming of folding masks. This is multifunctional machinery that carries out raw material roll unwinding, roller driving, feeding nose clip, welding and wrapping nose clip, (pneumatic valve hole optional), (printing optional), welding earloop 1, welding earloop 2, folding, edge welding, cutting, and finished product discharging. All these processes are fully automated, giving the production line the advantages of stable performance, high output capacity, low defect rate, and easy operation.
