This is multifunctional machinery that carries out raw material roll unwinding, roller driving, feeding nose clip, welding and wrapping nose clip, (pneumatic valve hole optional), (printing optional), welding earloop 1, welding earloop 2, folding, edge welding, cutting, and finished product discharging. All these processes are fully automated, giving the production line the advantages of stable performance, high output capacity, low defect rate, and easy operation.

Sterilization
The sterilizing time is 10 to 12 hours, and after it is completed, it needs forcible resolution within the sterilizer for 12 hours, the whole process adding up to about 24 hours. After the mask is finished, the resolution time can be shortened to about 7 days to achieve the inspection standard.

Package
The packaging box for the disposable masks come in two sizes: large 220 * 120 * 100mm, small size 180 * 100 * 70mm. Individual packaging is used for the large size, while 50-piece package is adopted for small size orders.
